Meet the President
Adenike Bamgboye is a highly experienced administrator and expert in public procurement, small business and vendor management, and process reengineering. With over 20 years in the field, she has spent more than a decade serving in various roles within the New York City government, including contracting, environmental health and safety, and quality assurance. Throughout her career, Adenike has pioneered numerous initiatives to expand small business contracting opportunities, with a particular focus on MWBE participation and outreach.
Adenike has also led the implementation of quality assurance protocols in private manufacturing operations, alongside process and system reengineering efforts, change management strategies, and the development of performance metrics, operating procedures, and policies.
She holds bachelor’s degrees in Science Technology and Environmental Science from The Polytechnic, Ilaro and Medgar Evers College, respectively, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Baruch College.
